Calumet is a long-established mechanical services design and installation business based in the Midlands. From an HR perspective, their needs are relatively light; they operate a lean model and have generally long-serving staff who make few, if any, ‘personnel’ demands on management time. It follows that the service we deliver to Calumet is also light and lean, and that we don’t overthink their HR needs.
As such, Calumet is a ‘Springboard’ client; we maintain and proactively update their employment documents to capture relevant statutory changes and we are available whenever they need our business partner support on employment matters. The contract is renewable annually, and we have maintained the price (which, on a working day basis, is the equivalent of a take-away coffee) for almost 5 years.
