Office Sale Sees The Ink Group Relocate To The Point
The Point Business Park in Market Harborough has recently welcomed a new business, as The Ink Group has completed on the purchase of Unit 18.
The sale was negotiated by our Director, Andrew McFarlane Holt, and sees The Ink Group, specialist providers of HR, Payroll, Workplace Pension and Employee Benefits services, relocate from the town centre.
The firm’s Managing Director, Billy Johnson said: “We’d reached capacity in our previous office and with the lease due to expire, we took the opportunity to invest in dedicated commercial premises. The Point Business Park is an established, well-connected location and will allow us to retain our valued team whilst facilitating future expansion.
“Since moving, we’ve already welcomed four new members of staff, and with recruitment still ongoing, we expect to have a team of 20 by the end of year. The new office can easily accommodate this number of people, and also means we’re able to increase hybrid working patterns as the office can act as a main hub. As the managing agent for The Point, Andrew clearly knows the park inside out and he negotiated the sale as swiftly as possible.”
